Joseph is an expert in regenerative viticulture, specialising in soil health, farming efficiencies, compost, cover crops, viticulture and biodynamic farming. He is committed to regenerative organic agriculture as a path towards increased vitality and resilience on the farm, as well as a means to climate change mitigation through carbon reintegration.
Joseph has degrees in horticulture and economics and over 20 years filed experience.
