Festival season approaches, with ‘Locals Only’ tickets to the 2024 Marlborough Wine & Food

Dust off your hats, dig out your best summer dress and mark your calendars – ‘Locals Only’ tickets to the 2024 Marlborough Wine & Food Festival will be available for purchase from Monday 9 – Friday 13 October.

These tickets are released to locals before anyone else and will be offered at a special ‘locals only’ price from the Blenheim i-SITE or – for the first time – online via the Marlborough Wine & Food Festival website. Numbers are limited, so get planning with your friends and whānau to ensure you don’t miss out.

General Manager of Wine Marlborough Ltd Marcus Pickens says offering these ‘Locals Only’ tickets each year is just one way to express appreciation for the support Marlburians continuously show their local wineries and specialty producers.

“Seeing families and friends return to the Festival year after year is the best encouragement we could possibly have,” he says.

“Already in our 37th year, we’re the ‘original’ and longest-running wine and food festival in the country. Our longevity means some parents have started coming with their now-adult children, which is amazing to think about.

“We can’t wait to share more details of this year’s event over the next few weeks, as we continuously look to innovate and delight.”

This is the second year running the Marlborough Wine & Food Festival is being held at the Renwick Domain in the heart of wine country. Expect dozens of Marlborough’s best and brightest wineries accompanied by delicious food from some of the region’s trailblazing chefs, masterclasses, music and more.

Keep an eye on the Marlborough Wine & Food Festival website and social media for announcements about masterclasses, music and exhibitors closer to the date: marlboroughwinefestival.com
