Move into rich, slow-cooked pork belly, layered with aromatic master stock and balanced by the depth of the Wither Hills Foudre Sauvignon Blanc. Finish on a lighter note with honey and thyme panna cotta, complemented by the delicate sweetness of our Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc.
