Thanks to Westpac, we are pleased to bring you a free wellbeing session with Sir John Kirwan.
JK will share openly about his personal mental health journey, along with practical tools, habits, and mindset shifts that support wellbeing today. Expect relatable stories and down-to-earth guidance you can apply in your own life, whānau, and community.
